Suggested Use:

• Put in a pipe or glass bowl and smoke it. Roll it in a paper, add to other herbs.

• Make a tincture/herbal extract or a tonic by mixing 1 part dry herb to 3 parts alcohol (80 proof vodka NOT rubbing alcohol).  Shake every day for 6 weeks, strain and store in an amber glass bottle in the dark.  Take 6-15 drops 2 times a day for the above health reasons.

• Make a tea by steeping 1 tbsp in 6oz of hot water for 9 minutes. Sweeten.

• Use as an incense by placing a scoop on a heated charcoal disk.
